About Nerves

Your Nerves are the Most Important Part of Your Body

Your nerves are comprised of your brain, spinal cord, and the 43 pair of nerves coming off the cord connecting to all parts of your body.  Staying at your peak health means that you need to keep all of your nerves working properly.  A stronger nervous system enables you to heal quicker from any type of injury, and it makes you less probable to get injured.

Think of Your Nerves as a Tree

How healthy are your nerves? Compare your nerves to a tree. After planting the seed, you must check and maintain your tree through infancy, childhood, adolescence and adulthood.
